My Dad and I attended this in person last week and it was really inspiring with a lot of Navajo Code Talker families there and an excellent talk by the son of one of them and also an excellent talk by Brig Gen Ryans.

Ceremony in-person and livestreamed from Mount Soledad: An in-person Veterans Day ceremony with virtual tribute is 11 a.m. to noon Nov. 5 at Mount Soledad National Veterans Memorial, 6905 La Jolla Scenic Drive South. The event will honor the legacy of Navajo Code Talkers. Speakers include Regan Hawthorne, CEO of the Navajo Code Talkers Museum. The keynote speaker is Marine Brig. Gen. James A. Ryans, Assistant Division Commander, 1st Marine Division. Highlights include musical performances by Marine Band San Diego and flyovers by the San Diego Salute Formation Team.
